Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required at the time of booking to reserve your place on the tour. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your tour.

Final Payment:

Full payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to tour departure.

Cancellation By Traveler:

Cancellations must be received in writing. Refund eligibility is determined by the number of days prior to the tour start date that written notice is received:

• 91 days or more before departure:
 All payments refunded less the $500 non-refundable deposit.

• 61–90 days before departure: 
50% of the balance refunded, deposit non-refundable.

• 31–60 days before departure: 
25% of the balance refunded, deposit non-refundable.

• 30 days or less before departure:
 No refund.

Cancellation By Operator

If the tour is canceled by the operator, guests may choose between:

• A full refund of all payments made (including the deposit), or

• Applying the full value as future tour credit, valid for any future departure within 24 months of the        original trip date.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unexpected changes.
